Job summary

The role requires 3–5+ years in collegiate ticketing, mastery of major distributions systems, and availability for evenings and weekends. Exempt full-time position based on RMU schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in sports management, business, or hospitality preferred.
• 3–5+ years in collegiate athletics ticketing or a multi-use entertainment venue.
• Mastery of major ticketing systems (Ticketmaster TM1/Archtics or Paciolan) is required; ARMS familiarity preferred.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays per athletic calendar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ticketing operations for multiple venues and events.
• Program pre-sale windows, price increases, and promotional codes.
• Manage ticket manifests, seating charts, and on-sale logistics.
• Act as system administrator for enterprise ticketing software and mobile entry.
• Ensure PCI data security and NCAA compliance in all ticketing processes.
