Job summary

KC Current is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to join our Sales and Service team. You will sell full menu ticket plans including season tickets, group outings, and premium hospitality, while delivering world-class service to fans.

You will build a robust pipeline and report to the Director of Ticket Sales and Service, working across the KC-Metro region to maximize revenue opportunities. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of sales experience, with strong face-to-face selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Confidence with face-to-face selling and ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and have a team-first mentality.
• Must be able to work irregular hours, evenings, weekends, events and holidays as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel to offsite client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to achieve renewal goals and revenue.
• Engage members through daily outbound activity including calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities across the KC-Metro region.
• Present dynamic sales proposals on-site and off-site.
• Maintain relationships to grow prospect pool and revenue opportunities.
• Represent KC Current at local networking and community events.
• Manage pipeline and provide updates to the Director of Ticket Sales & Service.
• Utilize Dynamics CRM to manage accounts and sales process.
