Job summary

Teklysium Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned construction field supervisor to oversee daily TI project operations, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control.

You will read drawings, manage field activities, and liaise with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients to keep projects on track. Procore experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

This role requires 10+ years in field supervision and a track record in commercial TI or interior build-outs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• Commercial TI/interior build-out experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of inspections, permits, and OSHA requirements.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Office/retail build-out experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and Procore experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily field activities.
• Maintain project schedules and meet construction milestones.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety.
• Resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients.
