Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a veteran Construction Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations for commercial TI projects in West Hollywood, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control.

You will read drawings, manage inspections and permits, track progress with Procore, and liaise with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients to keep milestones on track. This role requires 10+ years of experience, strong coordination skills, and bilingual English/Spanish;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field supervision experience.
• TI/interior build-out experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of inspections, permits, and OSHA requirements.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Office/retail build-out experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and Procore experience are a plus.
