Job summary

UrbanCore Construction is seeking a Superintendent – Tenant Improvement (TI) / Special Projects to lead field execution across adaptive reuse, TI, and interior projects in our Special Projects division. You will manage startup through closeout, focusing on safety, schedule, quality, and trade partner collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years as a superintendent on TI or interiors projects, strong knowledge of safety and scheduling best practices, and proficiency with Procore, Excel,

Qualifications

1-3 years' experience as a Superintendent, ideally on TI, adaptive reuse, residential or interiors projects.
Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and scheduling best practices.
Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead with urgency and professionalism.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate 3-week lookahead schedules that align with the master project schedule.
Coordinate with trade partners to confirm manpower, sequencing, and material readiness.
Lead pre-installation meetings to ensure buy-in and readiness before scope starts.
Monitor progress daily and adjust activities as needed to keep projects on track.
