Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years supporting cyber ops, threat systems, or cyber range environments.
• Hands-on experience with offensive/defensive cyber tools in emulation or test settings.
• Understanding adversary infrastructure, defensive architectures, and operational use.
• Ability to work in distributed teams and classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and implement cyber threat systems and defenses within threat emulation environments.
• Translate threat intelligence into executable system configurations with high fidelity.
• Support deployment and sustainment of threat systems across distributed cloud and edge environments.
• Maintain realism while ensuring repeatability, stability, and control in training and mission scenarios.
• Validate emulated threat systems to reflect adversary capabilities and effects.
• Perform testing, tuning, and assessment of threat configurations for effectiveness.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve fidelity.
• Collaborate with engineers and government stakeholders to align with mission requirements.
