Job summary

GDH is seeking a Threat Implementation Engineer to manage the deployment and lifecycle of cybersecurity solutions within a dynamic environment. This senior role requires coordinating planning, risk mitigation, and execution for high-profile security initiatives across enterprise networks.

You will lead complex threat platform implementations, optimize hardware and software, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of security projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on engineering experience with enterprise threat solutions.
• Proven ability to design, deploy and optimize threat platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge (DMZ, Cisco routing/switching) and security practices.
• Experience leading technical planning, risk mitigation, and deployment for complex security projects.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends for change activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment of threat platform solutions with design and optimization.
• Support release and deployment activities for new security systems per project timelines.
• Manage lifecycle refresh initiatives to mitigate obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Security Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive adoption and improvements.
• Maintain asset tracking and inventories in compliance with practices.
• Analyze requirements to tailor threat solutions to organizational needs.
• Lead technical planning, risk mitigation, and deployment sequencing for complex projects.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and measure impact.
• Share knowledge on new technologies and process adaptations.
• Follow security policies to ensure network integrity and protection.
