Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with KOL engagement in oncology/hematology or immunology.
• 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team leadership.
• Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% and maintain valid driver's license.
• Must reside within geographic area or within reachable distance.

Responsibilities

• Lead KOL engagement and advisory programming.
• Identify and cultivate long-term KOL relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across marketing, medical affairs, and sales.
• Plan, execute, and measure KOL programs at conferences and meetings.
• Ensure on‑label, compliant communications with the field team.
• Serve as primary point of contact for KOL issues.
• Contribute to market insights based on KOL feedback.
