UCB Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to join the Rheumatology team, focusing on the West region.

This field-based role develops provider engagement strategies with national, regional, and local thought leaders and forges partnerships with medical conferences and professional organizations. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and others to ensure alignment and impactful engagement at congresses and advisory boards, while maintaining

Qualificações

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Therapeutic sales, marketing, KOL development and/or other directly related roles.
• Ability to travel approximately ~70%.
• Experience working successfully with commercial and non-commercial teams
• Demonstrates scientific knowledge in customer settings
• Proven experience at being able to build processes
• Prior launch and launch planning experience preferred
• Prior business development experience preferred
• Experience working with a Therapeutic product and/or portfolio preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute KOL meetings and HCP engagement activities at key Rheumatology conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align branding and strategy across advisory boards.
• Manage speaker bureau operations and ensure compliant pull-through of educational initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with national, regional, and local KOLs for strategic planning.
• Represent UCB externally at meetings and events, engaging with customers and physicians.
• Coordinate complex relationships across cross-functional teams to position the TLL role.
• Demonstrate influence without authority to achieve objectives.
• Apply project management to balance multiple initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Rheumatology market trends and customer needs.
• Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations to varied audiences.
• Operate with high compliance and professional standards.
• Set priorities with attention to risks and outcomes.
