Job summary

Delta Dental is seeking a Senior Third-Party Management (TPM) Analyst to serve as the organization’s senior SME for Vendor Risk Management. You will provide technical leadership, governance oversight, and strategic direction to mature the TPM program and influence enterprise-wide third-party risk decisions for high‑risk vendor relationships.

Collaborating across Enterprise Risk Management, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in third‑party risk management, vendor risk management, audit, compliance, or related governance function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of third party management lifecycle and risk frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills to assess complex risk findings and propose risk-based solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance oversight of Tier 1 and Tier 2 third-party risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance program maturity and scalability.
• Lead QA reviews of complex vendor assessments and challenge risk determinations.
• Develop third-party risk playbooks, procedures, and risk standards.
• Develop executive dashboards, KRIs, metrics, and reporting on risk exposure.
