Okta seeks a Staff-level professional for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) in a hybrid model. You will lead security assessments of critical vendors, drive automation with AI-enabled workflows, and align risk programs with security strategy.

Collaboration across global teams is essential to reduce risk and improve governance. You will manage relationships with suppliers, refine assessment methodologies, and enable proactive risk reporting to executives.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in security assessments of third parties across standards (ISO 27001, PCI, NIST or similar).
• Hands-on automation experience (Python/APIs) and AI agentic solutions.
• Ability to interpret security artifacts and reports (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, SIG).
• Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with GRC/TPRM platforms and fundamental security principles.

• Lead complex third-party security assessments and communicate risk trade-offs to leadership.
• Drive automation across the TPRM lifecycle by engineering AI agents, capabilities, and workflows.
• Analyze technical and integration risks to improve supply-chain visibility and blast radius.
• Drive risk remediation with third parties and internal stakeholders per security standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Collaborate on onboarding/offboarding workflows for third parties.
• Design third-party review activities and continuous vendor monitoring.
• Develop data analytics workflows and establish KRIs and KPIs for leadership reporting.
• Refine standardized risk assessment methodologies, playbooks, and procedures.
• Advance TPRM program maturity and governance alignment with security strategy.
• Support ad hoc projects, security initiatives, and other GRC functions.
