Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Third-Party Risk Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with vendor risk assessments and remediation.
• Experience managing risk management technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the TPRM team with workload planning and performance management.
• Oversee vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and issue management.
• Establish TPRM policies, standards, and risk methodologies.
• Escalate high-risk vendors and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee TPRM platforms, configuration, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Safety, Privacy, and business owners.
