Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Third-Party Management (TPM) Analyst to serve as the organization’s senior SME for Vendor Risk Management. You will provide technical leadership, governance oversight, and strategic direction to mature the TPM program and influence enterprise-wide third-party risk decisions.

The role partners across Enterprise Risk Management, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to improve

Qualificações

• 5+ years in third-party risk or related governance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance oversight of Tier 1 and Tier 2 third-party risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for TPM program maturity.
• Lead quality assurance reviews of complex vendor assessments and challenge risk determinations.
• Develop and maintain third-party risk methodologies, playbooks, procedures, governance documentation, and risk standards.
• Develop executive dashboards, KRIs, metrics, and reporting for third-party risk exposure.
• Lead oversight of issue management and remediation of vendor findings.
• Evaluate complex third-party relationships and provide independent risk challenge on onboarding and monitoring strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance to improve assessment quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, workflows, and risk tech capabilities.
• Lead special projects supporting regulatory changes and governance capabilities.
