QTS Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Third-Party Risk Management to lead our enterprise TPRM program and team. You will govern processes to identify, assess, monitor, and manage risks from suppliers and technology vendors, partnering with Procurement, Legal, Safety, Privacy, and business stakeholders.

You will establish risk methodologies, oversee platform strategy, and drive remediation for high-risk findings, reporting to executives with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years in third-party risk, vendor risk, information security, procurement or related fields.
• Three+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Third-Party Risk Management team with workload planning and coaching.
• Oversee vendor risk assessments, due diligence, issue management, monitoring and reporting.
• Establish and maintain TPRM policies, standards and risk methodologies.
• Escalate high-risk vendor issues and drive cross-functional remediation.
• Oversee TPRM platforms, configuration, reporting, and process optimization.
• Build partnerships with Procurement, Legal, Safety, Privacy, and business owners.
• Provide governance forum leadership and executive reporting on vendor risk.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, and risk visibility.
