TruStage, headquartered in Madison, WI, seeks an exceptional leader to build and scale the external management program within TruStage Investment Management (TSIM). The role focuses on expanding externally managed assets and establishing governance and partnerships to drive portfolio growth and net investment income.

You will lead the sub-advisory program end to end, manage manager searches, due diligence, and agreements, and guide strategic initiatives across the investment platform.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree required in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 15+ years progressively responsible investment experience.
• CFA strongly preferred.
• Experience building or scaling external management or sub-advisory programs.

Aufgaben

• Build, Grow and Lead the External Management and Sub-Advisory Program: Build and scale TSIM's external management platform and expand externally managed assets.
• Own the sub-advisory program end to end, including manager searches, investment and operational due diligence, fee negotiation and IMAs.
• Develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow externally managed assets in line with the Strategic Asset Allocation.
• Chair the Sub-Advisory Investment Committee (SAIC), overseeing monitoring and recommendations.
• Lead strategic partnerships and CIO initiatives, negotiating with Legal, Compliance and Investment Operations.
