Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/insurance/risk management/cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance/regulations/compliance.
• Deep knowledge of privacy compliance.
• Ability to interpret complex laws and translate to practical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• IAPP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assess and monitor programs related to ethics/compliance.
• Perform complex compliance reviews and policy/procedure reviews.
• Provide technical analysis of existing and pending legislation.
• Review materials and processes for compliance.
• Develop training and education on compliance topics.
• Collaborate with partners and lead small projects as needed.
