Energy Transfer is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to support third-party due diligence and counterparty risk management. You will help ensure compliance with the Code of Business Conduct, ABAC principles, and sanctions across domestic and international operations.

You will lead risk-based reviews, perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk entities, and collaborate with Legal and Compliance to implement controls and monitoring.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Risk Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, third-party due diligence or regulatory risk.
• Experience evaluating domestic and international counterparties for risk and compliance.
• Familiarity with anti-bribery, sanctions, and trade compliance fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based third-party due diligence reviews for diverse counterparties.
• Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk entities, including international groups.
• Analyze ownership, control, beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure and corruption risk.
• Document findings, risk ratings and mitigation recommendations.
• Support third-party onboarding activities and SAP/vendor setup processes.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance leadership on risk controls and audits.
