Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Energy, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in ethics and compliance, third-party risk management, due diligence, KYC, risk management, audit, legal, consulting, or a similar capacity.
• Experience with a public or international company; energy/ LNG/ oil and gas background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform third-party and counterparty due diligence, document findings, and communicate potential risks and recommendations to Compliance, Legal, business stakeholders, and management.
• Manage KYC documentation requests and support continuous screening and monitoring of third parties and vessels to identify potential compliance risks.
• Assist with onboarding, anti-corruption training, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of third-party intermediaries, agents, and business partners.
• Review third-party activity reports and invoices to confirm appropriate support, consistency with contractual obligations, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with developing, updating, communicating, and testing compliance policies and procedures to identify weaknesses, gaps, or emerging risks.
