The role emphasizes independent ownership of equipment performance, uptime improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and vendor teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with documentation in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics preferred.
• 5+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Thin Films / Diffusion / PVD / CVD equipment.
• Own toolset performance including uptime and reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior technicians during maintenance activities.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance.
