You will monitor process trends via SPC, analyze data to determine root causes, implement improvements, and train peers while contributing to writing specifications and procedures. A high school diploma is required; a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in semiconductor fabrication or related field.
• Experience with wafer fab or semiconductor processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Proven ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sustain Thin Films and Diffusion fab area (Epi, Implant, CVD) and support manufacturing in a cleanroom.
• Monitor production health by reviewing process trends using SPC.
• Identify root causes of process issues and implement improvements.
• Improve yield and quality by running experiments and analyzing data.
• Write and edit specifications/procedures and train peers.
