Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer for its PVD/Thin Films team in a high‑volume semiconductor environment.

You will own critical manufacturing equipment, lead tool qualification, and drive reliability, yield and productivity improvements across cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include establishing qualification plans, applying fault detection and lean methodologies, and mentoring technicians and engineers to sustain world‑class operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering.
• Experience with PVD/Thin Film, Diffusion or Wet Process equipment.
• Hands-on experience with equipment platforms including Applied Materials/Novellus.

Responsibilities

• Own and support PVD/Thin Film equipment; install, qualify and start new tools.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to maximize uptime and yield.
• Drive improvements in OEE, cycle time, scrap reduction and product quality.
