Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer to lead PVD/Thin Film equipment in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will own equipment performance, drive tool improvements, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving semiconductor equipment, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering or related role.
• Hands-on experience with PVD/Thin Film equipment.

Responsibilities

• Owns PVD/Thin Film equipment and drives uptime.
• Install, qualify, and startup new tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to maximize uptime.
• Develop preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Support production during excursions.
