Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Thin Films Process Engineer to support high-volume 24x7 manufacturing. You will monitor SPC charts, address tool faults, and assist with process development and tool qualification while collaborating with operators and providing training.

The role requires clean-room work and flexibility for off-hours. Strong communication, data mining, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or HS +3 years of Semiconductor process experience in Thinfilms.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Ability to work in a clean room for extended periods (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support thin films (CVD/PVD) process engineering in 24x7 manufacturing.
• Set up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in Metals or CVD area.
• Review defect maps and SPC charts; monitor tool logs across toolsets.
