Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA, seeks an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor processing equipment in a 3rd shift environment.

You will work with AMAT Endura/Centura, ULVAC, Lam 4420 and other tools, ensuring uptime and adherence to procedures. Requirements include at least 2 years of hands-on equipment maintenance, knowledge of thin film/implant, photo, CVD/diffusion processes, and basic computer skills for documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining semiconductor processing equipment.
• Experience with Thin Film/Implant, Photo, CVD/Diffusion equipment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) for documentation.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform 12-hour shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor processing equipment.
• Maintain and repair tools such as AMAT Endura, AMAT Centura, ULVAC, Lam 4420.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
• Willing to learn and perform maintenance in other Fab areas as needed.
