Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Thin Films to lead deposition programs using PVD, CVD and ALD technologies in a high-volume fab.

You will own processes and equipment, drive improvements to safety, quality, cost and yield, and collaborate across teams for technology transfer and ramp-to-volume production. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus 4+ years of semiconductor manufacturing process engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing process engineering experience.
• Preferred: MBPS methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience partnering with vendor field service engineers and manufacturing/engineering technicians to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Experience as a Tool Owner and/or Process Owner in development, transfer or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on Thin Films deposition experience.

Responsabilités

• Apply advanced expertise in thin-film deposition to drive process performance and technology development.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream partners to deliver manufacturing improvements.
• Own processes and equipment to achieve safety, quality, cost, productivity and yield KPIs.
• Lead complex projects with coordinated timelines across teams and initiatives.
• Support capacity expansion and technology transfer for ramp-to-volume production.
• Troubleshoot tool performance with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Lead process development for current and next-gen HV manufacturing technologies.
• Design and optimize excursion prevention/detection systems for process control.
