Job summary
Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to drive process innovations in advanced packaging technologies for high-volume manufacturing. You will oversee thin-film deposition processes (CVD, ALD, PVD) and ensure successful technology-to-manufacturing transitions, including EMIB, Foveros, and Silicon Photonics.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in semiconductor thin-film deposition or related field.
- Experience in process development and manufacturing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE and manufacturing automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead process innovation and manufacturing excellence across thin‑film deposition.
- Drive defect reduction and process capability improvements.
- Lead technical problem solving and develop innovative solutions for target nodes.
- Optimize equipment performance with internal teams and suppliers.
- Develop and implement robust process controls for stability and scalability.
