Job summary

Qualifications

5–10 years of module engineering or technical support experience in vacuum and thin-film systems.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and process-related systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and support equipment engineering activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of complex systems.
Apply deep expertise in vacuum systems to support production, R&D, or customer environments.
Serve as a technical mentor and resource for engineers and technicians, helping build a strong team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades, process support, and root cause investigations.
Drive and support equipment safety programs, ensuring procedures, training, and operations meet compliance requirements.
Document and communicate technical findings, best practices, and project progress clearly.
