Job summary

Apple Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Process Manufacturing Technician to execute standardized manufacturing plans and support next generation R&D work orders in the thin films module.

You will work with engineering teams, train others, manage materials, and ensure on-time delivery by following MES priorities, contributing to continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or sciences.
• 5+ years of Process/Manufacturing technician experience in pilot production/R&D cleanroom with Thin Film Deposition.
• Experience with lab metrology equipment.
• Experience with MES including SPC.

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized work based on documented procedures.
• Assist engineering work orders for next generation technology development and/or foundry operations.
• Collaborate with module engineering teams and provide process improvements.
• Train technicians and become a module area trainer.
• Manage materials in the work area and prevent supply gaps.
• Maintain customer delivery focus by following MES dispatch priorities.
