Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Lead Test Conductor for the Thermal Test Lab in Redondo Beach, CA. The role operates on a 9/80 schedule, with opportunities to lead cross-disciplinary test activities and mentor technicians.

Responsibilities include planning and executing complex thermal tests, reviewing requirements, and ensuring procedures are followed. Eligible candidates may require SCI clearance access and must be able to work off-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with experience in integration, test or assembly of mechanical hardware.
• Master’s Degree with required experience in integration, test or assembly of mechanical hardware.
• High School Diploma with extended experience in integration, test or assembly of mechanical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Thermal Test Management to plan and perform test operations with limited oversight.
• Define and manage team tasking; supervise technicians during assembly and test of hardware.
• Provide training to junior personnel in procedure execution and test setup.
