Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Core Components Supervisor in the global Thermal Systems Core Engineering team. You will lead climate and cooling component design for both internal combustion and next‑generation electric vehicles, and oversee cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and suppliers.

You should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10 years in automotive, 5+ years in thermal components, and 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of automotive industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience with automotive thermal system components/subsystem design.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of climate and cooling components for ICE and EV programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and suppliers.
• Apply design thinking and agile project management to deliver results.
• Mentor and supervise a team with a start-up mentality.
