CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Staff Thermal Analyst to develop and improve structural analysis methodologies, assess thermal performance, and verify designs across complex space platforms. You will lead FE analyses, evaluate stress, fatigue, buckling, and thermal-structural interactions while guiding technical decisions across programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical or civil engineering with 12–15 years of related experience, or Master's with 8–12 years, or PhD with 5–8 years in structural analysis.
• Applied knowledge of thermal analysis, heat transfer and thermal-structural interactions.
• Deep understanding of structural mechanics, FEA and verification methodologies.
• Experience with static, dynamic, vibration, fatigue, fracture, buckling, nonlinear and thermal analyses.
• Knowledge of material behavior, fracture mechanics and safety margins.
• Proven ability to guide technical decisions and mentor engineers.
