We are looking to add a Senior Staff Thermal Analyst to our team. In those role you will apply advanced structural engineering principles to develop and improve structural analysis methodologies, stress evaluation techniques, thermal analysis methods, and verification strategies supporting complex products and platforms. This role contributes to product development by solving highly complex structural engineering challenges, evaluating thermal performance and thermal-structural interactions, advancing analytical methodologies, and serving as a primary technical resource across multiple programs to improve structural integrity, reliability, manufacturability, quality, and mission success.

Working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams, this role supports structural, stress, and thermal analysis activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
