Job summary

Gamma Technologies, LLC (GT) is seeking a Sr. Application Engineer, Thermal Fluids to join our Application Engineering and Support Group in Westmont, IL.

You will help customers optimize thermal and fluid systems, including cooling, lubrication, and related topics, using GT-SUITE and other CAE tools. The role involves collaborating with leading automotive customers, delivering proofs-of-concept, and shaping product features based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 2–7 years of related work experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using GT software to design and analyze their systems.
• Carry out proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate software solutions.
• Use customer feedback to design and test new features.
• Engage with customers through trainings, conferences, and events.
• Help promote GT’s role in advancing low-emission automotive tech.
• Occasional travel to customer sites across the U.S. if desired.
