Job summary

The Senior Testing Specialist at The University of Texas at San Antonio will oversee the administration and coordination of student testing programs on campus. You will lead teams, coordinate resources, and ensure secure testing environments for a diverse student body.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Vocational Training or Apprenticeship in a related field.
• Seven (7) years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for four years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the overall administration of testing programs and consult with students and parents about testing.
• Supervise and administer tests for non-students, current students and future students.
• Lead teams in administering national and institutional exams and develop processes for testing programs.
• Coordinate materials to ensure fair, secure testing environments; direct testing personnel.
