Eliassen Group is seeking a senior Testing Lead to elevate the Workday HCM testing function. The leader will own test strategy and governance, while performing hands-on test execution across UAT and data migrations.

The role partners with business and technical teams, tracks risks, and delivers concise updates to executive stakeholders. Workday Extend experience and SAP to Workday integrations are a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Testing Lead experience with leadership and hands-on execution.
• Proven end-to-end UAT leadership and coordination.
• Workday HCM experience and data-heavy testing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the testing function across the Workday HCM project.
• Drive UAT coordination and execution with timelines and coverage.
• Partner with business stakeholders and UAT testers to ensure coverage.
• Elevate testing reporting and communication to executive sponsors.
• Track progress, risks, and missed deliverables, and course-correct as needed.
• Establish structure, accountability, and visibility across the testing lifecycle.
• Oversee data validation, migration, and testing for integrations.
