Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Senior Testing and Change Management Consultant for an onsite role in Omaha, NE. This position focuses on structured testing, change management, release planning, and customer-facing cutover execution to minimize disruption and maximize value for our clients.

The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders, drive readiness, and ensure deployments meet business needs while maintaining customer experience and operational continuity across complex service environments.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of relevant experience in testing, change management, release management, deployment coordination, or related solution delivery roles.
• Strong experience developing and managing comprehensive test plans in complex environments.
• Experience leading change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and organizational readiness planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive test plans that support successful solution delivery and business readiness.
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across project phases, including planning, execution, tracking, defect management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support change management activities, including communications, training coordination, change impact assessments, and readiness planning.
• Create and execute release and deployment plans that reduce business disruption and support seamless adoption.
• Plan and manage customer-facing cutovers, ensuring alignment of all teams and readiness for go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout testing, deployment, cutover, and post-release support.
