Qualifications

• 7–15 years of relevant experience in testing, change management, release management, or related roles.
• Experience building test plans and managing readiness in complex environments.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Experience leading change management activities and training coordination.
• Experience creating release, deployment, and cutover plans that minimize disruption.
• Experience coordinating customer-facing cutovers and cross-functional teams.
• Background in defect tracking, test execution, and readiness reporting.
• Experience in customer support or service-oriented settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans to support delivery and business readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with business needs.
• Lead testing efforts across project phases including planning, execution, tracking.
• Support change management activities including communications and training.
• Create release and deployment plans to reduce disruption.
• Plan and manage customer-facing cutovers with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate teams through testing, deployment, cutover, and post-release support.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to testing, readiness, and continuity.
• Facilitate readiness checkpoints, go/no-go discussions, and post-implementation reviews.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep teams informed.
• Support adoption with training, communications, and transition materials.
• Maintain focus on customer experience and service continuity throughout lifecycle.
