You will work with design, product, and manufacturing teams to verify performance, durability, quality, and customer value through lab and field testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, investigate root causes, and contribute to design improvements and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with ground engaging tools or heavy equipment components is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for validation testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute product validation and verification testing.
• Analyze test results to assess performance, durability, and quality.
• Support root-cause investigations for test failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams through the development cycle.
• Document test plans, results, and recommendations for stakeholders.
