Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on test or controls engineering in a large-scale environment.
• Experience with DFMA/DFT and interfacing with equipment for data exchange.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of advanced electrical, instrumentation, and test systems.
• Bridge equipment projects and test platform developers with clear requirements.
• Scale technologies turning test data into actionable insights for operations.
• Assess sensors and test methods ensuring process capability and quality adherence.
• Mentor junior engineers and partner with design teams on DFMA/DFT integration.
