Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years’ success in manufacturing quality disciplines
• 3–5 years experience troubleshooting and supporting manufacturing test equipment
• Experience with manufacturing quality / NPI quality projects and process improvement
• Experience interpreting data to solve problems with statistical analysis
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and cross-functional teams
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new and improved test methods to enhance capabilities and enable new model introduction
• Drive improvement projects through the CIB process and write/analyze test codes for various tests
• Review daily test loops for equipment failures and coordinate repairs with maintenance
• Provide rapid response to production issues related to test equipment and partner with shop operations
• Own calibration and preventive maintenance of test equipment and ensure spares/troubleshooting procedures
