Job description

Responsible for leading the testing efforts and ensuring the quality of software applications developed using c#,selenium,python. The Senior Test Lead will work closely with the development and business teams to create and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team in creating, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing using c#,selenium,python to identify defects and ensure overall system reliability.
• Analyze testing results, provide feedback to the development teams, and track bug resolutions.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports for reference and audit purposes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve the testing process.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in c# programming language for test automation and scripting.
• Strong experience in using selenium for automated testing of web applications.
• Knowledge of python programming language for test automation and data manipulation.
• Excellent understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

• ISTQB Certification in Software Testing is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
