Job summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and objectives. Collaborating closely with project stakeholders, you will define the testing scope, goals, and deliverables, driving the overall testing strategy to meet high standards of excellence and efficiency.

• Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Understand Design Specifications And Identify Performance Concerns, Ensuring The Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Maintained And Updated.
• 2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
• 3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Like Selenium And Junit, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Exposure To Defects.
• 4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Use Of Testing Frameworks Such As Testng And Cucumber, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Pay Range Minimum: 78000

Pay Range Maximum: 148000
