Job summary

Groupe Kardol in Newark, NJ is seeking an experienced test lead to manage a portfolio of projects, focusing on testing, API integration, and healthcare domain requirements.

You will oversee program delivery, coordinate with directors and managers, review forecasts, test strategy, and risk mitigation, while driving onsite-offshore collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have technical/functional skills in testing, API testing and experience in the healthcare domain.
• Hands-on test lead for portfolio, working on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall program delivery.
• Coordination with Application Directors and Managers and ensure smooth delivery.
• Review the Forecasting and Capacity Planning
• Review Test Strategy and test plan
• Review RCA of UAT Defects and Production Incidents.
• Track the daily status of ongoing projects.
• Follow up and ensure closure of project level risks and issues connecting with required project stakeholders
• Review KPI and monthly reports
• Conduct Weekly Status Reports with customers.
• Reviewing and adopting suitable tools and technologies
• Determining the resource requirements
• Drive onsite-offshore co-ordination and communication
• Drive Innovation and Service Improvement initiatives for the engagement.
• Knowledge management and training plan to close gaps
• Automation roadmap and savings plan

Salary Range $100,000-$130,000 year
