Job summary

HCLTech in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Supply Chain Test Engineer/Lead to drive end-to-end testing across Customer Service/CX, Manufacturing, PLM, and O2C/RMA domains. You will own test strategy, develop plans and cases, execute tests, analyze data, and partner with architects and third-party testers to ensure QA sign-off.

The role demands 8+ years of hands-on testing, 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain, strong SQL skills, and experience with API performance tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on testing in supply chain domains (Customer Service/CX, Manufacturing, PLM, Order Management, or Master Data Management).
• 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain or related platforms.
• 5+ years SQL proficiency to validate data, support complex test scenarios, and analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy, plans, scenarios, and test cases leading to QA sign-off.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain integration testing with third-party partners.
• Design load tests, baselines, and performance tuning recommendations.
• Analyze non-functional requirements and prepare load/performance reports.

• Bring5+ yearsof experience working withOracle Fusion Supply Chainand/or related enterprise platforms.
• Leverage5+ years of SQL proficiencyto validate data integrity, support complex test scenarios, and analyze large datasets alongside Excel/Sheets.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Product Data Hub (PDH), Bill of Materials (BOMs), Items, and commercial product record structures.
• Partner with Capability Architects to define and own test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases leading to QA sign-off.
• Driveend-to-end supply chain integration testingwith third-party partners across applicable modules.
• Demonstrate proficiency with performance/API testing tools (ReadyAPI, Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, or equivalent); design load tests, establish baselines, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable tuning recommendations.
• Analyze non-functional requirements to evaluate SLA objectives, define performance parameters, and prepare comprehensive load/performance reports.
• Understand and validate XML files and dashboard architectures to support data integrity in integration scenarios.
• Debug and resolve issues through systematic analysis of system logs, execution artifacts, and sub-system relationships.
• Execute test cases with rigor; document all results and maintain execution records with precision.
• Possess a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
