Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Support Manager to provide T&E support for DoW programs at Gunter Maxwell AFB, AL. The role delivers BES test services and manages test strategies for system and software across development lifecycles.

The ideal candidate holds advanced degrees with extensive DoW experience and proficiency in DevSecOps, Agile methods, and automated testing to ensure mission readiness and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Prepare, coordinate review and approval, and manage execution of test strategies, concepts, methodologies, plans, processes, and procedures.
• Provide T&E expertise across DoW frameworks and life cycles, advising on optimal test strategies and policies.
• Apply DoW test techniques and design of experiments methods.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, and execution of test automation using DevSecOps.
• Manage and support test execution, data collection, data reduction, analysis, and reporting.
• Review, analyze, and report on KPIs and measures of effectiveness, suitability, performance, survivability.
• Support certification test activities and cybersecurity test efforts.
• Prepare test criteria, computations, analyses, and technical reports.
• Participate in DoW and AF T&E policy reviews and summits.
