Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior ABMS Test Manager to supervise complex DoD C2 system-of-systems test efforts at Eglin AFB, FL under TMAS III. The role requires extensive DT&E experience, DoD test documentation expertise, and the ability to coordinate multi‑program activities across diverse technical domains.

You will lead test planning, execution oversight, and reporting, interfacing with Program Offices, services, and contractors, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a technical field.
• 10 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for education).
• Extensive DT&E experience and DoD test documentation (TEMP, TES, Test Plans, Test Reports).
• Experience with DR processes under Agile or DevSecOps.
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage test schedules and documentation for complex C2 system-of-systems test projects.
• Manage information systems for team collaboration, documentation management, and meeting schedules.
• Conduct COA analyses for test projects and provide recommendations to ABMS Test leadership.
• Write, edit, and maintain technical test documentation and track program status.
• Organize data to inform DoD decision makers and inform investments.
• Interface with System Program Offices, other services, and contractors.
