Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Test Manager to support the Air Force’s Advanced Battle Management System division. You will provide expert T&E guidance and lead acquisition test management across phases, aligning with DoD security requirements and contract expectations.

The role is on-site in Beavercreek, OH with 20–40% travel, requiring a top-level security clearances readiness and extensive leadership in defense systems testing and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or test and evaluation with DoD acquisition programs.
• Proven ability to manage verification/validation activities and lead planning/execution events.
• Proficiency with MBSE, risk management, requirements management, scheduling, and backlog tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of AC Branch Test Strategy across all product lines.
• Coordinate with test organizations to develop detailed test plans and monitor execution.
• Act as liaison to test stakeholders including contractors, users, and program offices.
• Provide senior-level T&E expertise and briefings to government leadership and industry.
