Job summary

Avalore.ai is seeking a Test Engineer with a strong background in systems evaluation and test planning. You will develop and execute data collection and analysis, support T&E documentation, and collaborate with government test organizations to align evaluation activities with decision milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in TE, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. On-site work in Maryland with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate current polygraph is required to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan evaluation and testing activities per SOW.
• Plan and Execute Performance Analysis and Data Collection.
• Develop and maintain Evaluation Plans, Data Requirements, and Risk Assessments.
• Coordinate with SE and Government sponsors to ensure objective, repeatable testing.
