Job summary

Avalore.ai is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain complex analytics software and data systems in Maryland. You will work independently or in teams, review components, test results, and implement performance enhancements while adhering to project standards.

The role demands extensive SWE experience, strong Python skills, and ability to collaborate with system engineers and data teams on demanding, data-driven applications.

Qualifications

• Fourteen years of SWE experience in large-scale programs required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph required.
• Experience with Python and UI design in CNO environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code software to add features and improve performance.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor operation.
• Oversee software development teams in line with project processes.
• Develop algorithms to meet system standards.
