Job summary

Avalore.ai seeks an experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to analyze system requirements, develop evaluation strategies, and support data collection and reporting for government T&E programs. You will coordinate with SE teams, craft evaluation and event plans, and contribute to risk assessments and performance estimation across test activities.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a related bachelor’s degree, and 5 years of TE experience.

Qualifications

  • Five years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate current polygraph is required to be considered for this role; Ability to receive privileged access rights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance data and plan for evaluation to support T&E objectives.
  • Plan and execute performance analysis and data collection.
  • Coordinate with SE and review T&E-related information to inform evaluation planning.
  • Produce Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, and Status Reports for government T&E products.
  • Design surveys for SME input and user assessments of performance.
  • Ensure test readiness including training of test event participants and compliance with security and privacy requirements.
